liblv2dynparam1-dev software package provides lv2dynparam is a LV2 plugin interface extension, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblv2dynparam1-dev
liblv2dynparam1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblv2dynparam1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblv2dynparam1-dev *
